Very kind, friendly Owner. The apartment is very well equipped, modern, confy bed, spacious with huge balcony with beautiful sea view. The beaches are very close just a few minutes walk. Mini market in the neighborhood. I can recommend!

With our 3 kids, me and my wife enjoyed our one week holidays at the Villa Vrbat. The appartement was clean, well furnished and had a nice view over the montains and the bay. Alen - the host of the villa - is a very helpful and kind person that you can rely on. At least 5 different beaches are in walking proximity as well as small shops, restaurants and bars. The nearby historical city of Trogir is another great sightseeing place. Overall, I recommend the villa Vrbat for a family holidays focused on swimming and other beach activities.

The only negative points is that public transport in the Split region is rare and not synchronised on google, but maybe the locals use another application.

Excellent accommodation, wonderful hosts. Everything you need for a carefree vacation is here. Terrace with a beautiful view of the sea with morning coffee or just enjoying it in the evening. The first beach is only a two-minute walk away, restaurants with excellent seafood specialties and pleasant terraces for chilling by the sea are very close. Split Airport, Trogir and the island of Ciovo are 15 minutes away by car, and you can always book an unforgettable one-day boat trip to the Blue Lagoon, Blue Cave, Krka Waterfalls... Basically an unforgettable and peaceful vacation without big crowds and planning every day according to your mood. See you next year.

Kind and helpful host, nice panoramic view to the bay of S.Vranjica (from 2nd floor apartment). Beach Sedlo is just 2 minute walk from the apartment.

perfect little flat

It is the perfect place for a family vacation. The very friendly host Alen was waiting for us with the keys and was helpful with any questions during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and perfectly clean. Lovely view from the balcony. A public laundry room available on the ground floor of the house is a great idea. There are several beaches nearby and the nearest one is only a few minutes' walk away. There is also camping nearby with daily attractions for kids (also in September). The beautiful historic city of Trogir is only 7 minutes away by car (you can also do shopping there in Lidl or Kaufland). You can also get to Trogir by boat, which runs every hour. It is also worth going to Split for a longer trip.
