Kitchen was nice and had all you need to cook although apparently you are only allowed to do lite cooking! Tv had a lot of channels.

A MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING! Writing reviews is not something I have time 2do but on this occasion I don’t want others to waste their money & experience the same especially from photos uc, details you’ve read including good reviews which are questionable & misleading! To start with van 2high 4carport so parked van in front of driveway 2hse not obstructing anyone elses drive &no yellow lines & gained entrance 2property that she remotely opened & told 2get Yale app 2use front door but a lot of guests have struggled to do it & it took me ages to do! She then said I can cu on camera & asked if I could move van or neighbour will contact police & I’ll get ticket! I asked if they had any other allocated space but told to drive round & find somewhere which was on rd not good when I have all my kit in van! I booked 1night 2 people whole hse (proof attached) which is 2bedrooms in a 2bed hse if good I’d of booked long term for my staff! In room was a double bed, 2 thin pillows & a single mattress on floor. Decor & furniture was not same as photo & it had massive stain down wall, wrappers between wall & cabinet that had fronts hanging off! Asked for codes to lounge & other bedroom was told I booked 1bedroom 4 2people & 1bed, I said thats incorrect & sent proof but noreply! It then became apparent that the other room had been booked by two men, who also weren’t happy! The listing for this Perfect 2Bed Hse has been worded that its a family hse, shared bathroom which your lead 2believe is due to 1bathroom in hse, u alone are using & NOT THAT YOUR SHARING IT WITH TOTAL STRANGERS, ALONG WITH THE HSE & could make people feel vulnerable! I wouldn’t have booked It, if it was clear &my colleague ended up sleeping on sofa! Now that I’ve read the negative reviews can c that issues raised haven’t been fixed, which makes the good reviews questionable!

The communication with the owner seemed very nice and friendly. We only communicated via messages. An all electronic entry system, we really liked this Clear instructions on how to access property. Clean

The kitchen didn't have any stools despite there being a breakfast bar. This would improve this facility. My children had to sit on a step and the other on the floor to ensure they could eat easily. The bedroom we had appeared to have a massive stain down 1 wall. Our children were given 2 slim foldaway mattresses. Regrettable, they were both full of stains, not the 2 futons I was expecting. They also only had 1 pillow, 1 large bed spread, and 1 large duvet for both of them to use The bedding for the mattresses was incomplete, as there was no duvet cover nor a pillow case. My children fought for the duvet until they fell asleep, not ideal. To make this better, each mattress needs its own mattress cover/protector and individual sheets withitsown pillows and covers. Kids reported not being very comfortable on their mattresses, but we were with our bed The toilet cistern a bit of a nightmare as it took at least 5-7mins to refill, before you could give a good flush, again not ideal for a family of 4 who going to the loo, back to back. At times, I felt as if we would break the toilet handle. The owners should consider changing this before it does break.

The owner of the property is friendly and helpful. The room and house were very clean and beautiful . It is highly recommended to everyone to stay at this lovely house.

Two minor issues. Although the kitchen is extremely well appointed and there is a breakfast bar, there were no high stools, so ended up eating on the bed. The access system is web-based, although we can see the advantages of this, we did struggle a bit; maybe made worse by the fact that we needed it on both our phones as we were doing different things during our stay (plus we are not that techy).

Very homely, serene environment, comfortable pillows ( best i have ever laid my head on), Security superb

Everything was top notch. Easily accessible n very neat place, excellent value for money. Definitely recommend
