Un hotel excelent! Totul este foarte curat, camera foarte spațioasă, am apreciat foarte mult faptul ca ne-au făcut upgrade la o camera de 5 stele. Micul dejun a fost bogat, iar mâncarea de la restaurant foarte bună. Centrul Spa a fost minunat!

Unele saune nu au funcționat, iar apa din piscina putea sa fie un pic mai calda.

The room is bright and clean. the matress was confortable, ferm.

The noise from the street (e.x noisy ambulance at 1-2 a.m). The lack of hooks to hang your clothes. Despite we had the DO NOT DISTURB button, they were calling us for asking whatever we want cleaning or not. TWICE. But DND button means exactly this: pls do not disturb by any means; we have been woken up two times by their call They weren't taking out of the hotel the luggage cart for helping you with your luggage. So, it was dificult to deal with the luggage, especialy if you had a lot of them (like us). Youghurt from roomservice was only available in the morning, so if you are with children and you want youghurt in the evening, for ex., is not possible.

Personalul de la receptie a fost comunicativ, am primit chiar un upgrade la camera, si bilete la opera. Managerul restaurantului a fost foarte amabil, si desi era o zi aglomerata, ne-a ajutat cu o rezervare la cina festiva.

Nu e nimic care sa nu ne fi placut.

Гостиница соответствует своей категории пять звезд• Если выбрали номер с доступом в СПА ,то ваш отдых будет просто незабываемым .Трансфер в аэропорт на Майбахе с очень вежливым и профессиональным водителем —тоже бонус .Завтрак выше всяких похвал. Есть бесплатная парковка и возможность оставить автомобиль на время перелета ,если есть такая необходимость .Очень чистое белье без посторонних запахов .Мне с аллергией на бытовую химию это был огромный плюс. Общее впечатление очень хорошее и я с огромным удовольствием выберу этот отель в следующий раз!

Spa

This hotel was beautiful and superb facilities. A very comfortable stay and fantastic to have a transfer to the airport in style. We enjoyed the spa and a lovely meal. The staff were very attentive. We shall definitely look to fly into Iasi for our next trip to Romania and enjoy another stay.

The room was great. We got a free upgrade because it was our wedding anniversary. We had complementary water and bottle of prosecco in the room. The restaurant for dinner was very tasty and the service very nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. A few years ago it was much better. It lacked quality options and towards the end of the breakfast time no refill was done, so the plates were almost empty. A 5 star hotel should offer omelet done on the spot based on the individual preferences.

I had an important family event, and I stayed with my parents. I, personally, have stayed here before, and everything was great, including, we come at least once a month to the restaurant.

But so far, I've run into a pretty major problem! The reservation was made a month ago and I kept in touch with them because my father has difficulty getting around, and I asked for a room close to the elevator and the restaurant! Twice I called in advance, and no one had noticed! Initially they sent us somewhere else (somehow an annex of the hotel), saying that they have been full for a long time! Seriously?! Why did you accept on the phone then? I told them to call consumer protection (and I'm going to do it these days), and only then, by a miracle, did they find a free room where it was supposed to be! Terrible services for 5 stars, but, they later explained to me, that they actually dropped to 4 stars! Common sense and education were completely lacking from the girls who worked on Saturday! I think you need to take action on this, it's a shame to bring yourselves down too!
