The location was very central with busy roads nearby but it was, surprisingly, very quiet. The flat was compact but light and airy. It had pretty much everything we needed.

A few instructions on how to work the cooker, the whereabouts of the refuse facilities and AN OVEN GLOVE would have been very useful. There was no help on where we could park (the nearest supermarket has extended paid parking). The toilet brush and pedal bin were both broken on our arrival.

Although the flat itself was fine and clean I had a nightmare stay, after first having difficulty finding it because I was given the wrong location i then had to wait for 30 mins on the doorstep at check in until someone arrived, despite phoning twice and being told someone would be with me In 2 minutes, and then on the second night after being out for a very very long day at a family wedding I came back to building alarms blaring and this continued for the next 3 hours until after 5 am so didn’t get a wink of sleep, there no information in the property on what to do or who to contact for out of hours emergencies like that . This was only redeemed but getting to check out late but still it thoroughly ruined my stay and I left tired and exhausted before I even started my very long ten hour hour journey home .
