Location was perfect for every amenity.
The staff were proud to work there and it showed in their politeness and willingness.
It was clean.
Like its spotlights at night it shone out from the rest.
My only wish was that it offered an evening meal (cold buffet perhaps). As not every evening did we want to go out again.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the heart of Corfu old town. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast and its garden location. There were so many historic sites and views, and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed a very pleasant walk back to the hotel from Mon Repos (birthplace of Prince Phillip). I would not hesitate to stay at Bella Venezia again.
The bathroom extractor fan wasn't working the first night, but was soon repaired the next day. We were offered a change of rooms but we liked the ground floor location so were happy to stay until it was fixed.

Probably the friendliest, most caring hotel staff from the front desk to the cleaners to the food staff that we have had in 45 years of travel. Lovely garden for their very nice breakfast which was well served. We were on a day trip with a driver when a sudden storm hit the area of the hotel. The front desk actually called the driver to make sure we were ok, we were fine, no rain where we were.
Nice live music one night. AC worked well.
Lots of restaurants nearby
Minor things-- No chair in the room, could not find any English language news on the tv

The location was 100% could walk down the quaint streets to the shopping center and many restaurants, we felt very safe wondering the well-lit streets at night.
The staff could not be faulted, always willing to help. The breakfast was wonderful, the setting was magical
in the courtyard area. The rooms were exceptionally clean, likewise the rest of the hotel. We LOVED it and would 100% recommend it.

"Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel in einer alten Villa. Sehr moderne Zimmer. Sehr aufmerksames Personal mit einem Willkommensgetränk bei Check-In. Lage ausgesprochen gut."
