I liked that it’s a landed property with a spacious layout, making it comfortable and suitable for elderly people to stay.
The cleanliness could be improved, and some of the items are quite old and could use an upgrade. I think after some improvements, the property could be rented out at a higher rental rate.

Space wise, it was great for a group of youngsters. They can lounge anywhere. And they had two toilets with showers so two persons can use at any 1 time. It was quite near the mrt station, however, you do need to call a grab to the station (under RM10) or about 20-30mins walk. Chinese restaurants and stalls were quite near.
There were little things that was not up to par, like there was only 1 toilet that has a 'bidet' hose and the water filter at the sink needs a filter change, but other than that, as we're not picky people, everything was OK.
