I love how big the space is and it’s so clean and well-prepared for guests
It’s a bit far from Yerevan center but not too much by car

The apartment was clean and comfortable. While it is on a busy road, at night it is quieter and the double glazed windows block out the noise.
The kitchenette had everything we needed.
We liked that the apartment was a little bit out of the city, however when we needed it was easy and cheap enough to get a Yandex.
We walked to both the blue mosque and Armenia market without any issues. There are a number of supermarkets around and easy to walk and find good restaurants.
There was one small thing and that heavier solid curtain did not cover the full length of the window, so if you are sensitive to light bring an eye mask.

Everything was provided, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly
The only downside was that the bedroom got very hot because of the panoramic windows. The air conditioner would have been more useful in the bedroom rather than in the living room.
