The location is excellent, train station is just around the corner, Dongmen shopping street is just across the road, taxis are always available downstairs the hotel, super convenient. Many eateries nearby. I had a corner room, it was quiet and I had restful sleep. Room is very cozy, bed and pillows are so comfortable. Water pressure in the shower is strong. Toiletries were provided. There is free laundry service. Simple supper is provided nightly. Their staff are attentive, friendly and helpful.

There is a faint cigarettes smell on and off in the room. Guess maybe other guest might be smoking in their room and the smell seeped through. The hotel lobby is on level 15 and the rooms are between 7 and 14. The building is shared with other tenants, hence the lift might be crowded from time to time. There are many food/parcel deliveries. Guests are required to tap the lift button with room keycard to access to their level, but as the building is shared, patrons of the other tenants on lower levels & delivery man has can tag on guest with keycard to any level. Security can be improved on this.

Location. Spacious room

Smoke everywhere. Corridors, some rooms, lobby toilet. Insufficient washing machine/dryers. Check in time supposed to be 1500hr but rooms not ready!
