Cleanliness and decor

Location was a bit further from the city centre but it's not that much of an issue. A short train ride to Marienplatz

We staid just for a night, the room is small but OK, the bathroom is good too, the parking is great.

Hard to find the entrance, it is inside and Google maps doesn't know it. I don't know what was that but it was some periodic noise like something (electrical) was turning on and off, and it was not the air conditioner because we didn't turn it on. The Internet didn't work well (I guess because a lot of people were using it).

Enormous room. Clean. Comfortable bedding. Welcoming lobby. Friendly staff. Quick check in. Tasty breakfast.

Room was basic enough. Not much happening around the immediate vicinity. Fair value for money.

I would say the rooms are very tidy, a bit small perhaps but for the price they were quite decent. The service was good with the exception of one incident in the reception.

We had just parked in the lobby downstairs and I decided to pay for two cars (the second car was coming later). The lady in the lobby said that was fine. However upon the second car arriving the lady acted very rude and said she couldn't validate our parking for the second car because I had already paid (I paid for x2 cars but she only wanted to validate one of them). So we had an argument and I tried to show her my receipt (where it clearly says parking 2 times) but she walked away and helped another customer. I just stood my ground and waited until she helped us again and when she came back she took the second ticket out of our hand in an aggresive manner and finally validated the ticket threw it back at us then left the reception. It was a disgraceful way of acting against your customers and it ruined our morning. Most of the stuff however acted much more professionally and friendlier. I would rate this place better if it wasn't for that moment. Overall we had an decent stay.

location was good, since i booked two rooms and the adjacent arrangement makes it a perfect private areas which family members appreciated very much
