The self-check-in process was easy and convenient, which made arriving hassle-free. There was also a nice variety of breakfast items available, with plenty of options to choose from.

The bed was extremely soft and seemed to swallow you as soon as you lay down, which we found very uncomfortable. I was also uncomfortable with having a camera in the kitchen/common area. Regardless of the reason for it, it made the shared space feel less private and relaxing. The check-in communication could also be handled much better. For some reason, the instructions were not sent through the Booking.com platform but via WhatsApp instead. We were arriving after midnight and my phone was already in sleep mode, so we initially missed the message. When a reservation is made through Booking.com, it would be much simpler and more reliable to have important check-in instructions sent through the Booking.com messaging system as well, rather than requiring guests to monitor a separate app.

La poca cura nella pulizia

De ligging, recht tegenover het station. Ontbijt was overvloedig qua zoete broodjes en taart. Zelfs volkoren brood was er en de onvermijdelijke nutella en jam.

De ligging. Al het verkeer dat op en af de veerboot ging, kwam langs deze weg. Enorm lawaai en drukte. Er was niemand om ons open te doen. We moesten opbellen en via whatsapp kregen we de instructies om binnen te komen. Nogal onpersoonlijk, maar het lukte wel.
