We liked the location and decoration of the apartment. It was clean, spacious and beds were super comfortable.

When we arrived we noticed the boiler wasn’t working. It took us half of a day to figure out how to turn it on and afterwards it took the boiler few hours to warm up. Luckily it was a hot day so we went ahead with cold showers in the meantime. The boiler didn’t have any buttons to press and we checked everything before contacting the team who said they’ll send someone. We ended up figuring out how to turn it on (thanks to Youtube). We didn’t like the fact that everything was set in the apartment to receive guests but the boiler wasn’t working and there was no information whatsoever about how to work this out. Likewise, we booked 4 nights and we found in the kitchen oil/salt for 2 days only -it’d be nice to be covered for the whole stay

Could not enter the property as the relevant email we needed had not been sent or received. We had to spend quite a bit of time on the phone, which made us late for an event. The way to enter the property. Having to have an email to swipe to unlock was no good as we could not connect to local wifi. There was only one key available inside for two of us.
