Great location and tons of space! We will be back!

We stayed here the week of 6/25/23. The positives: close to beach, great screened in porch for meals and coffee in the morning, bedrooms furniture, coaches and carpet seemed new and / or clean. Cons: pool says ‘shared’ and ‘on premises” at ‘Hatteras Pool Facility’ which is a 10 minute drive up the road. Very disappointed in this as i would’ve done more homework and not booked this place had the description indicated it was was off premises. i have one child that isn’t a huge fan of the sand, so it’s nice to float back and forth between beach and pool. Kitchen has the absolute bare necessities and not like I’ve experienced with other beach properties over the years that sleeps 8. Floors board in kitchen appears to have been replaced and just glued down by an in experienced handy man. Kind of odd as the house could be amazing with a few upgrades (updated kitchen cabinets, properly repairing floor, adding a door to the outdoor shower, and a few more kitchen necessities). All in all, had a great time and Vacasa seemed responsive when i made mention about pool situation but never did hear back from locat ops manager. House has a ton of potential

Very nice property, enjoyed our stay very much. Property was very clean, except one of the queen beds the sheets were stained or dirty. There was also no garbage cans to put the trash in for us to place out by the road for pickup, so I used the dumpster out front. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back in the future. jim
