We had a wonderful stay at Ngan’s beautiful home. Ngan couldn’t have been a better host. He was so accommodating and so helpful. We had 16 guests stay in total and everyone felt like the house was perfect for our trip. I would recommend this stay to anyone! We woke up each morning to a beautiful sunrise on the horizon that you could see from the master bedroom. We also had a beautiful walk and coffee along the water each morning. Couldn’t have asked for more beautiful weekend.

The location and size of this house are incredible. There are amazing views of the water from several bedrooms. The kitchen is modern and had everything we needed. Sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs was lovely. The front and backyard are green and spacious.

This property is a great place for a gathering. We had 12 for five days 6 siblings and our spouses). We had a chef one night to prepare and serve a New England clambake. Folks dined on the porch or around the fire pit. The location is ideal; close to essentials but away from the crowds. We are planning a return visit in Fall 2027.

Perfect for our large family! Extremely clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Excellent location on a quiet stretch of the sea coast but close to the best NH beaches.
