The property was exceptional. Well appointed, charming, it appeared as if the owner enjoyed the process of creating a welcoming space. There was also a really nice outdoor area.The town is charming and easily walkable from the house. Plenty of food and shopping options.The only point I would make is both bedrooms (which are very comfortable) are up a narrow staircase with risers that are higher and steeper than today’s standards. They would not be easy to climb for shorter (5 foot tall) people or an elderly couple. My wife and I are in our late 60’s and are in fairly good shape we didn’t have an issue. However we do have friends that need a cane to get around. There may be a note on the listing. I don’t recall.I would choose this location anytime I wanted to stay in the Warwick area.

A great place within a short walking distance of downtown and all attractions Warwick has to offer. We stayed for 5 nights and plan to return soon. Everything was perfect, its quaint - 2 bedrooms are upstairs with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. There’s an outdoor sitting area with a Weber Grill and complete privacy from the neighboring businesses that shut down around 5 daily. Plenty of off street parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and on the street if needed. First floor - WOW - gas fireplace - great living/family room, kitchen fully stocked with everything needed for a fine meal or a casual breakfast. Half bath just off the Kitchen and a roomy island that seats 5… Highly Recommend the Carriage House in Warwick!!! We’ll be back soon. Host was incredible and quick to respond - 5 Star place!

I absolutely love staying in this charming home in Warwick! This was our second stay and I must say that we feel right at home here. The beds are incredibly comfortable! Our host Loren is so helpful and easy to communicate with! Absolutely anything and everything you can think of is provided for you. And the location is fabulous!

Property was charming however there was a terrible musty smell in the house fortunately we were there for a wedding weekend and did not spend a lot of time there
