Had zero complaints. Our whole group really enjoyed the house and it accommodated all of us perfect. The pictures on the internet were exactly the way the house looked.

Looking for mattress brand that was in second story with bathroom with only bath attached. my mother is 78 loved the mattresss never slept so good.

The iTrip people were responsive and professional. This was a well kept property with a private pool in North Myrtle Beach, within driving distance from restaurants and recreation. It’s a semi- private area if we choose to stay in. It’s in the North Beach Resort so we had access to the pool area of the large resort within walking distance, plus access to the private beach. One small nitpick, we wish we had more usb outlets for our devices. Otherwise, great location and we would definitely consider staying again.

We were two families with children from 7-14 staying together for a week. The property was lovely, it was clean and new and generally well appointed. The location is great, it is walking distance to the resort, the beach, Barefoot Landing and some local restaurants. Check in was easy, the beach service recommendation was good for renting chairs and when there was a storm the pool debris was cleared the next day.
Two recommendations: bedroom 2 (single queen) and bedroom 3 (double queens) share a bathroom with two entry points. This would be helpful to state for families that are sharing, plus would suggest to the owners to have a lock fitted on bedroom 2 on the bedroom side, so that kids just can walk in as the one currently probably needs a screwdriver to lock from inside the bedroom. Also the WIFi did struggle for us with 9 people and on streaming a film through a mirroring device. Comms went a bit awry when we had a payment issue with a card, but all was sorted with the manager in the end.
Would highly recommend we had a lovely time and the house and resort are fab!

This home is beautiful! Everything about it was awesome, would book this house again in a heartbeat. Loved the longer driveway and garage accessibility. The home had beach carts and chairs we were able to use along with tubes for in the pool. There is also a crockpot along with a reg coffee pot and keurig. There was 11 of us on this trip and the house was a perfect size. The neighborhood is wonderful we barely knew there were other ppl there. Short walk to get ice cream and to a burger place. You can get a shuttle to and from the beach if you want also. Honestly can’t say enough nice things about this home.

This was our first experience renting with Itrip. The family owned business and this home were just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. So welcoming, absolutely beautiful, and fit our family and needs perfectly. We frequent North Beach Plantation and the past couple of times we rented (through a different rental group) I was convinced I was done with trying to rent in that area. Each time we rented it seemed to go more and more down hill. I’m so glad we took another chance with Itrip because that is who I’ll stick with moving forward. They were a phone call or email away. The house was clean and comfy. It was fairly stocked where we could cook and enjoy time just hanging out at the house. Had an issue with the cable in the master bedroom and they quickly came over and fixed it for us and were so kind! The staff responded to our questions immediately and we were well taken care of. Would love to stay here again!

We loved it! The house was gorgeous and spotless! Everything you might need, enjoyed the grill and the induction stove! The shuttle was on point and the walk wasn’t bad if you chose the walk. The pools and amenities were fabulous with something for every age! Best trip ever!

We absolutely loved our stay in the beautiful home. The private pool was so nice to have as well the short walk to Beach Plantation Resort. This beautiful home is in walking distance to Joe’s ice cream shop, which the kids frequented every night as well Barefoot landing which has numerous restaurants, cute boutique shops and live music.
This house is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room to spread out.
Couple of minor cleaning advice - the curtains near the walkout needs to be dry cleaned as you can tell they have had a lot of wear & touching. More dusting needs to be done on the staircase and other surfaces. This is a very clean home just minor dusting needs to take place.
The upstairs does get warm you just have to remember to adjust the thermostat.

The location is perfect, so many restaurants nearby to choose from, a short 5 min walk to the resort amenities and beach ( shuttle available if you dont want to walk) and practically right acrossed rt17 from Barefoot Landing. My family and I loved it! Only 2 things negative that i have to say are not even really about the house...
1. We only had a 2hr window for check-in 4p-6p
2. With how big the resort is (condos and houses) the pool area and beach were quite congested.

Family friendly, great resort amenities, and spacious floor plan makes this property an ideal vacation stay. This home has high-end finishes, zoned temperature control, and the primary suite is on the main level separate from the other 3 bedrooms. There was onsite laundry and everything you’ll need to be comfortable with your family.
The walk to the resort pools was only about 5 minutes, making it really convenient to enjoy amenities. The location is close to restaurants, shopping, and a short walk to the beach.
