We had a great time at the property. The house was clean and very well maintained. The large bunk bed room was AWESOME for our kids and gave them space to spread out. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Great yard space without a pool so you dont have to be on guard 100% of the time the kids were back there. The location was prime! Great food options nearby, and the drive to Disneyland was only 5 minutes in the mornings. Finally this may seem like a small thing... but the drinks in the fridge was a very nice touch, and the water pressure in the showers was great after a long day in the parks! Thanks for having our family at your property.

We thoroughly enjoyed the home. It was beautiful and accommodating! Loved the orange, lemon and lime trees! Very nice interior design but the lighting above the dining table did not work and cables were not plugged in for the television, which took awhile to figure out. Also, we were surprised that there was an attached living quarters where someone lived. They did not have any access to the area we stayed in or to the back yard, just the driveway and their entry/front porch area was gated off.
Overall the owners were very cool, no stress at all and the price was fantastic.
It was very nice to have drinks of our choice offered and provided!

Safe and peaceful neighborhood, nice place, love the set up of the living spaces specially the kitchen!
Host is very accommodating and we also enjoyed the fruits(guava, clementines and lemons). Our group was very comfortable! We will definitely rent this place again if we decide to have a mini bonding get together in Orange County!

For the 11 of us it was a bit tight, but enough space for the kids to get some wiggles out in-between days at Disneyland. The only inaccuracy was the desk in the bunk room was actually a twin bed, which was great for our stay!!

Our party really enjoyed our stay, especially the amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags and condiments so that we did not need to bring or purchase full-sizes. These little things definitely elevated our visit.
The venue was clean including bedding and towels.
The location was good in terms of major artery access and distance to the Disney property.

This property was lovely! Very clean, rooms were well arranged. The furniture was great for hosting and it was useful and simple even with our 20 month old wanting to explore. The king sized mattress was very soft and comfortable.
They supplied our favorite beverage which was a nice touch.
The backyard was well kept. Two parking spaces on driveway was good because my sister's family and I both stayed here. We saw a high chair, umbrella stroller and pack n play ready if you are traveling with a little one.
Basic amenities like laundry soap and bathroom supplies are available.

My family and I were very happy with our stay. We were here to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday and needed homes to a comodare 15 of us. We rented this home as well as Jessica and Terry’s other home located kitty-corner to this one. Jessica and Terry were great with communication. My brother and his family arrived earlier than expected and Jessica and Terry were gracious enough to allow them
To check-in early. The house was clean, the beds very comfortable, and all amenities we used worked (I.e. washer, dryer, coffeemaker…)! I have had horrible experience with this in the past with other VRBO and ARBNB’s. Terry and Jessica were very quick with responses and having a beverage of our choice waiting for us at each of the homes was a thoughtful gesture. Travel to Disneyland was a quick and easy 10-ish minute Uber ride. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at this cute house! It was exactly what we needed and everyone was so comfortable. The kids in our group kept saying they wished they lived here. Check in and out was very simple. The property managers were so kind and went above and beyond what we expected. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Good stay. place was clean. Kitchen was stocked with cooking necessities. Beds okay. Showers have good water pressure. Soaps and toilet paper stocked up. Place was very clean and it was a super plus.
Few things I didnt like: Lock code had to be reused since the app wasnt working to change code to my preferred number, back door lock is a stick, main door should have a chain or somesort of positive locking system. Master bedroom light switch was broken.
Something that didnt bother me but should be known: the house has ankther rental located behind it with no access to main house, but it does share some walls with the home.

The home is a great place for families or groups. It comfortable feels like your home. The backyard is a great place to hangout. They supply everything you need and more. I will stay again whenever I am in the area.

We loved our stay at this VRBO. The location was so great and close to Disney. It was easily drivable but also a cheap Uber drive as well. The home had everything we needed for a bigger group of adults and infants. Hosts were very responsive and helpful and the personal touches of our favorite drinks and having coffee stocked was well appreciated. Would absolutely recommend!!

Home nicely renovated and decorated and so much more homelike than a hotel, especially with little ones. Hosts are super responsive to requests and made sure our favorite drink was available when we arrived.
Even though we didn’t cook, appreciate that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and All Clad pots and pans. Yard has nice grassy areas front and back for kids to run around and throw a ball or lemons we found on the ground under the lemon trees.
Location perfect for Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm. Both are 10-15 minute drive away and no need to get on the freeway. Also the rental price is a great value!

We went to Disneyland with our 2 kiddos and cousins and there kids. The kids loved that they walked into the house and saw Mickey Mouse balloons! The place was very clean and had everything needed! It made our trip even more memorable (:

The property is very clean, decorated beautifully, has everything you need in the kitchen plus washer and dryer. It has a large dinner table and a huge outside table. The back yard is large, very private with high walls, and a BBQ. It can sleep 11 and it has 2 1/2 bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable some are softer than others. It is very close to Disneyland about 2.5 miles and close to beach cities. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of parking on the street and one car can park on the driveway. Loved the property will definitely be back again.

This place was great! We got rained out beaching camping and dialed up a place near Disneyland. This place was clean and well furnished. It was exactly what we needed for a pivot from our original plans.

Great stay with the family incl 2 kids who loved the bunk beds in the house and the open floor plan. Host had welcomed us (virtually) with preferred drinks, and had needed stuff in the kitchen incl coffee pods. The beds were super comfy with access to cable & smart TV. The drive to disneyland took us under 10min. Very stress-free and relaxing stay.

The home is just as pictured. There is plenty of room for a large family and even a few friends. We were with in ten minutes drive of Disneyland and Lots of other attractions. The neighborhood is calm and the property is well kept. There are even fruit trees on the property for you to enjoy. The owners kindly provided our favorite drinks on arrival! (Thoughtful touch) We we’re contacted mid week to check up and when we stated the coffee maker was malfunctioning(minor inconvenience), a brand new one was provided before we got home that night! We were extremely happy with our stay.
