nice common areas, helpful staff, simple but efficient room the location is perfect, a bit outside of the touristy area but still very easy to access it by foot

very basic and not tasty breakfast

The public area is very clean and quiet.

The breaskfast was very limitated. Lower amount of protein. And there´s a rule that the client just can have 2 eggs. Impossible to have the amount of proteins need per meal. There´s also a warning that IF you bring some beverage (even wather) from other place to your room you will need to pay a extra value. I kneew some rule like this from other places but just to wine and JUST WHEN you need to use the kitchen utensils. Which is not the case. Even I not been charged, the way they put this rule was disrespectful.

The employees are so polite .

The breakfast is poor Bugs in the room the path to the inn is narrow and full of rocks and can burst your tires.

Location It is a bit far from Downtown.

The games room and pool were glorious. The garden was beautiful and so well kept. I saw a hummingbird in the garden which was so exciting. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and there were choices about whether you wanted tapioca/omelette and eggs. There was also bread, fruit, cake and lots of other things. I have special dietary requirements and there was enough choice for me to have a good breakfast. The property is pretty near the beach what I didn’t know is even the centre hotels are still a bit of a walk to the beach so this property is nearer than some of the more expensive hotels in the centre. We choice a room with just a fan and not air conditioning- this was fine because the fan was so powerful that we had it on the minimal setting most of the time.

As written before on these reviews it was a bit of a walk to the centre but I knew this when I booked- this also makes it more quiet. also reviewed is the path on the way down to the place is quite dark at night but I never felt unsafe. I knew there would be some insects in our room because of other reviews, there were minimal and only because we left the bathroom door open which allowed in a few mosquitos. When we shut the bathroom door the room was clear of insects.
