The bedrooms were nice

I had to contact the host for code to keybox, I then had to contact the host again for WIFI code she was very pleasant however I had confirmed the arrival time so having to then contact the host was disappointing. Upon opening the door there was a huge pile of dirty laundry/linen left in a corner of the dinning room. Full up dirty water mop bucket left by the front door. Front room had an open box under the TV with wires all bundled and sticking out. Front room extremely uncomfortable. The only TV available was Netflix - it seemed to be someone's personal account? Dirty bathroom with a terrible shower in the bath, the shower itself was useless. Bathroom was downstairs with a door straight onto the kitchen, if I had known the bathroom was downstairs I would not have booked the property. The radiator was left on full blast in the bathroom and unable to turn it off - it's AUGUST?!. The stairs were very steep - again not advertised and again I wouldn't have booked it as my father in law struggles with his knee so the stairs were a real issue as was the bathroom being downstairs. The property was not what was expected or advertised, in fact it was so awful we left a day early we only stayed one night. The property was expensive £350 for 2 nights - well in fact one night as i wasn't even in the property for 24 hours.

Beds and towels were clean and entry was easy.

Shower leaked onto the floor, hole under tv unit with lots of wires, garden unusable, cupboard under the sink filthy.
