Très bon emplacement. Appartement lumineux et confortable Hôte à l’écoute et très sympathique.

The location was FANtASTIC. Super close to the major attractions. I usually do not go back to the room during a trip, but it was so convienent I stopped back a few times. (Super close to St.Michell / Seine. There is a one of the first churchs on the same street. The atmosphere was very alive with lots of activity. (Felt very safe as a single female reaveler.) The place was very clean. Bed very comfortable and the unit included all for the items I needed. (Iron, blow dryer etc....) The "secret sauce" (the reason so special to me) is that being in this place helped me feel like a local where I could come and go on my own. Felt the Parisian experience. And the gents at the restaurant next down were very kind. (Expecially on day one when I was brain dead.) In addition, the proprietor was very responsive and helpful Overall a great time!! I would highly recommend to all.

Staying here was the best decision I made when coming to Paris. The location is one of the best, as your right near everything you could want, and close to some of the best restaurants and sights to see in the city. The host was very helpful, always responsive, and made us feel at home the whole time. The place was clean and just what we wanted. I recommend anyone staying in Paris to come here. Anytime I come to Paris I’ll only be staying here

La ubicación

Hice la búsqueda en vuestro sitio por lugar con Aire Acondicionado, este lugar no tenía AC, ni tampoco ascensor. La habitación Deluxe, no tenía ni siquiera vasos para tomar agua. Había 1 copa pequeñita para 2 personas. El piso del baño estaba en mal estado. La ducha funcionaba mal, y por momentos costaba cortar la salida de agua porque cerrada seguía saliendo agua . Para tratar de mitigar el calor abríamos la ventana, nos colocamos los 2 ventiladores enfrente de cada lado de la cama y así intentar descansar. Cuando bajó la temperatura la habitación tampoco refrescaba, hacía más calor dentro que fuera . La entrada al edificio tiene 3 tachos de basura dentro, que los últimos días ya hacían insoportable el mal olor para entrar. Las escaleras siempre estaban con restos de materiales o de cajas sin descartar. El cuarto familiar tenía 1 solo ventilador grande , que se desarmó funcionando por la noche , y les dio un buen susto a mis hijos . Nicolás fue muy amable y lo resolvió, dejando otro ventilador pequeño. La habitación principal del cuarto familiar tiene frente a la cama un mueble de guardado de Ikea que la puerta es espejo y el mismo está roto . Hay 2 lavadoras gigantes adentro del dormitorio! En frente de la cama arriba de la puerta hay un lugar de guardado de trastos cubierto parcialmente por una cortina. La 2da cama esta en un entrepiso que no supera el metro de altura , cosa que no estaba explicada en el anuncio tampoco y esa cama era imposible utilizar, porque mis hijos son adolescentes que miden más de 1,75. En el living comedor hay un sillón viejo , una lámpara rota . Entiendo que se quiera resaltar lo vintage, soy amante de las antigüedades, pero eso no justifica que las cosas se presenten rotas o desvencijadas.
