Slechte service vanuit host, lastige incheckproces, sleutel dient ergens anders opgehaald te worden en informatie op website klopt niet volledigheid (parkeren was beschikbaar op aanvraag/betaling, maar ter plekke was niks mogelijk en moesten we best wel een afstand van de woning af parkeren).

The property’s procedure was so complicated, got wrong key code, and wait for new code, then the apartment isn’t very tidied, I keep trying to solve the towel heating. But no response, keep making excuses. The tap is leaking, I thought the apartment was very good, because the company was charging me £250 damage deposit, but the condition was good at all, what’s the point to keep the deposit?

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING SCAMMERS AND FRAUDS Directions and name of building were incorrect. Also the wrong postcode given- postcode took to a roundabout. Intercom system and keys fobs not working Oven not working Communication was beyond poor. I wore an email to this company explaining the problems I was experiencing. They responded by SENDING 3 SECURITY MAN TO THE PROPERTY WHO MADE US LEAVE THE PROPERTY. 2 DAYS BEFORE THE ENDING OF THE BOOKING. HAVE NOT REFUNDED HAS NOT ANSWERED AND COMMUNICATION- £350 plus £250 damage deposit.

Too complicated on the booking procedure especially too much info to go through on the guest portal, a bit stressful to be honest.

Really comfortable beds! Loved that it had soft carpets and central air conditioning!

They provided everything you’d need to have a meal but no cutlery which was actually a bit frustrating. It was difficult for me to find the location, maybe because I’m not from the UK. It would’ve been nice to have someone there to check you in!

excellent location for tube access to Wembley, very clean and modern

the only downside to this property is having to collect the key from another (not that close) location.
