Great studio close to the beach, lovely and clean. Easy instructions and parking right in front.

The intermediate party “Vecasa” was not very helpful initially (they initially had issues with a card we’ve used without issues everywhere else, it got sorted) - causing us to have a large phone bill (we’re from EU) trying to sort some issues with a spokesperson that was not helpful, understandinf and hard to understand. In the end we had another very helpful Vecasa spokes person on the line that helped us out. It worked out, we got it fixed and got in the studio and got to enjoy our stay. Big bummer about the phone bill but the place itself was great.

Bugs in the bathroom and kitchen Tv didn’t work

Clean and kitchen was nice.

Was mot advertised as a guest house behind a house. We had to walk between the car and house to get to unit. Beach was 2 blocks but no parking and no close restrooms. Very few local places to eat.

Really enjoyed our brief stay!!! Very clean inside; very well decorated and excellent kitchen appliances, dishes and equipment. Good location.

Improvement suggestions: Not a "REAL" tv so was almost useless to us because we don't do 'streaming' at home and don't have subscriptions to Hulu, Max etc,; couldn't even get a local stations weather or news report. Seems CHEAP that the cable (hanging over door at entrance) was not connected! Advertized "Fire Pit" did not exist; outdoor shower on studio NOT working (the one on the house back did work). Bed was uncomfortably HARD (way beyond Firm; needs a layer of foam or memory fowm; however, linens were very clean and fresh. Hi step into bathroom almost hazardous..need second half way step particularly for senior citizens. WORST was a MESS outside of studio..many branches, coconut bark and an uneaten ''pig in a blanket' which was left just outside the studio's door. Two overflowwing trash cans blocked the driveway for almost all of our stay (I finally called the trash company and requested a pickup. These things were minor compared to the studio overall and the ownere and/or VACASA 'should' be able to easily fix to make a PERFECT place to stay. Any questions contact [email protected]
