Everything. The whole hotel smelt like weed. There was a pipe my 9 yr old found hidden behind the bed. It was awful. The room was nasty.

What breakfast nothing there to eat no coffee available when I went twice to breakfast bar. Asked to have breakfast bar serviced. They smiled and walked away. The other at counter said he was busy and can’t do it. I’ll just have to wait. Almost everything from the very beginning. The put us in a room that already had someone in it. Had to ask for a different room

Check-in cleaner rooms no breakfast bar and no coffee. Like it was advertized

Cleanliness ... Looks like they didn't change bed sheets or towels. There was dirt/hair in them. They switched my room and it wasn't any better.

Nothing

Just about everything but the horrible staff and check-in was the worst I may have encountered. - Took 45 minutes to check-in. FOR REAL. One guy working the desk with a line up of 6 ppl. I was last. When I checked in, all of a sudden, 3 more front desk workers appeared and stood there and did nothing - 5 squares of toilet paper left on the roll in the bathroom - First thing I saw in the morning was a cockroach in the bathroom - I arrived to breakfast area 10 minutes before close and there was half a broken muffin and an apple the size of a golf ball left. There were two staff in the room monitoring people (there were only 2 other ppl there) like bouncers at a bar. One looked at me and said "no more" and the other went up to a guest who had 2 apples and 2 oranges (tiny ones) and a waffle and blocked him from leaving the room stating no food outside the room. I actually got in the face of that staff and told him he couldn't dictate where the guest eats and that I would physically intervene if he tried.
