The lighting in the bathroom and not enough storage for clothes (drawers)

We were supposed to have an ocean view , the room which we never went into , was facing other rooms . There was no place for us to park . I don’t mind paying , but there was no empty space . And they told us we had to park on the street . Even the garages require you to leave by 12 am . I’m disabled and had to cancel my stay and go home .

Location. Literally right on the wildwood boardwalk. Clean. Very friendly staff. Complimentary water and lemonade in lobby.

Bathroom! Tiny! Toilet was sandwiched right between the wall and the sink. No elbow room to even wipe!

Room was very but the bathroom smelled like they cleaned it with a sour rag or mop, could not get the TV to work and no directions if you had to do something special to turn it on. The bathroom was very very small, but the rest of the room was nice and the beds very comfortable.

they don't have enough on-site parking for everyone, so I had to pay 80.00 for parking for 12 hours and the hotel will not reimburse you for parking, they said it's on the website. So my fault for not reading every detail of the website. I will say this I have never been to a hotel that did not accommodate parking for their guest, because of this I will not being stay there again. Parking in Wildwood is crazy and not being close to your car, doesn't let you completely relax.

The staff was wonderful, the beach and boardwalk were right there, conveniently located to many attractions, the second floor deck was relaxing, the rooms were clean.

There were a lot of stairs to the second floor. I didn’t mind the walk, but it was a little difficult to bring luggage up and down. Parking was a little tight. It was fine for us as it was off season and during the week, but I could see how during busier times there would not be enough parking.

Parking. They charge $15 to park in their parking lot. I found a spot and was told the lot was full and I had to move my car. In prime time this will be difficult to find a parking spot on the street.

The staff and location were the only things that we appreciated at Hotel Cabana. The staff was friendly and housekeeping came to tidy our room twice during our 4-day stay. In addition, the location was very convenient in that we could access the boardwalk without moving our vehicle during our entire stay.

What could have been better? Where do I begin? First, there was no working phone or tv channels in our room and we could not access the wifi that was advertised. In addition, The bathtub was clogged and it filled up with water every time we took a shower (gross!). Not to mention, the shower curtain was filthy! We even woke up one morning to no hot water (thankfully, this one issue was fixed in a timely manner). Lastly, there were lots of rowdy teenagers staying there and loud music and screaming which ensued until midnight almost every night we were there. Each of these issues was promptly reported to the front office immediately. We were told that they did not have an on-site maintenance person, but that they would call someone and have them come out. Despite complaining to the front office about these issues numerous times, no one came to resolve them during our stay. Upon checking out, we discussed our dissatisfaction with management who stated they would have their site supervisor contact us about our stay. However, after waiting over a week, we still have not been contacted.
