We had 8 people from our family staying in the home. The house had limited seating with 2 of the kitchen chairs broken. The couch was also broken. The floor was warped up causing a safety issue when walking. My MIL tripped over it, but thankfully my brother in law was able to catch her before she fell. There was not adequate space in the fridge for our food as all shelves on the door were missing and one shelf inside was missing. The shower head was broken causing the water to spray at the wall and ceiling. The items listed that were to be provided were not in the home. There was no wash clothes, soap, or shampoo in the home. The hand soap in the bathroom was almost empty. There was not enough outlets in the bedroom near the bed for medical equipment so we had to purchase our own extension cord. There were large black ants in the home where 2 of my children were bitten along with our dog. We were able to contact someone who came out several hours later with wash clothes, soap and shampoo. They also temporarily fixed the shower head so we could use it. We were reimbursed for the extension cord. Not knowing this location I do not recommend it to anyone who would like to hang outside or has children who would like to play outside. It is not in a good neighborhood/area. I will say the a/c worked very well. The house was not cleaned well. Typical areas like sink, stove, counter, toilet, and tub were cleaned, but the rest of the house was not. Not enough cookware.

The listing for this location is deceiving. The pictures that were used make it seem as if everything is in great condition. It seems as if someone started renovating and couldn’t actually do the job. The air intake vent was so dusty and dirty, I don’t think it’s been cleaned ever. The beds seemed like they were old and worn out. Be very aware of this listing, because it is not what it seems. The location is also not near downtown like it says.

Incomplete and poorly renovated. Uncomfortable beds and furniture. Palmetto bugs. Laundry was located in a partially enclosed outdoor porch and not easy to get to. Washer was sideways behind the dryer and there was no soap or softener. Air gaps around doors. Run down neighborhood.

House was clean, nice size, and located close to everything without being in a high traffic area. I would definitely stay here again.
