Overall great place!! We had nine family members. My husband and I, and kids ranging age 24-14. Plenty of room for everyone for sure. Great location. We rented a golf cart but you could walk to eat or to either Public Beach Access 1 or 2 easily. There were beach chairs for most of us, so that was also nice. Pans and utensils as well as plates and cups etc enough for making large meals. Nice outdoor space with the small deck and patio which was great for coffee and for evening. I only marked it down because communication took a few hours and that is difficult when we just need a quick question answered. There was an emergency maintenance number posted but that wasn’t appropriate. We had only one washcloth per bathroom and wanted more which they did bring 20 two days later and the lady was super nice, it just took time. No hot pads for cooking and one kitchen towel and just hard to get some feedback for that small stuff. It is also the most basic stocked VRBO of any we have rented. They do add that to the description though, so renters just need to take note that there is nothing extra. If you are staying more than a couple days you will need everything. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, salt and pepper, everything. There was one of each (2 rolls of toilet paper in a couple bathrooms). However, everything was very clean and location was great. Very nice. Had some baby things in The closet if your family needed it.

Beautiful, clean home with all of the amenities we were looking for. Close to the beach, community pool and plenty of room for 10. Very quick to respond to our questions and requests
