Belle Riv and its host Marty are amazing. Marty is super kind and responsive, and the house is both beautiful and welcoming. We loved the beach access especially and the constant sound of the ocean. So much fun we didn’t want to leave the house. Thanks Marty for the hospitality and for helping to make our stay soecual

We LOVED our stay at Belle Rive! This was our 3rd stay at this property, and we will be back. The view alone is worth the price of admission. Stunning. We are big fans of the well-stocked kitchen & the beautiful live-edge dining table with a generous number of seats! Perfect for a big family meal or game night. The 5 (!) recliner chairs in the living room meant everyone was comfortable while watching the view. We were 3 separate families, each able to have our own comfortable & well-appointed private space & bathroom. The beds are comfortable, lots of pillows and sleeping arrangement options. The small touches like soft bathrobes in each room, extra blankets & retractable sun/rain cover on the upper patio make it so comfortable to use all of the spaces & feel cozy. We enjoyed having the use of two BBQ grills, the fun covered hot tub & outdoor shower. The private beach access (be prepared for some stairs & to climb a few rocks at the base of the stairs!) and the location as the closest house possible to God’s Thumb really do make this location ideal. We visited during a minus tide and were able to explore typically-hidden tide pools and find agates! Don’t hesitate, book this great place. You won’t regret it!

We had the most fabulous girlfriend getaway. Marty was awesome at fulfilling all our needs. We had the most enjoyable relaxing week, watching the waves, walking on the beach, soaking in the hot tub. We totally unplugged and just visited with each other and played a few card games. Thanks Marty our stay was just what we all needed. I would love to come back again for another stay.

We loved our stay here. House was spotlessly clean, and well stocked. I have never seen so many high quality robes and towels available for use. Appliances are top of the line. Everything was comfortable, the views are stunning! The hot tub and the sauna were in perfect working condition and we spent a lot of time there. The outdoor shower is HEATED which is just another example of how well the hosts think out their guests stay. Marty was an excellent host who was clearly enthusiastic about us making the most of a vacation that was desperately needed. Highly recommend, and we will booking again in the future.

The first thing I want to say is how great Marty is. She was very helpful and always quick to respond if we had a question (even before we arrived). She is the perfect host/manager. She actually seems like a friend.
The house is beautiful with many amenities--above and beyond what we expected. The house is immaculate. Even walking around in stocking feet, there was never even a hint of dirt on the bottoms of my socks. A private, long flight of stairs leads to a private access to the beach. For those who can't or don't want to climb the stairs, a public beach access is just a few blocks away. There are beautiful ocean views from the house, the deck, and the patio.
One washer and three dryers make short work of doing laundry. A well-stocked kitchen, large gas stove, dishwasher, large seating area for dining, free Netflix, a fireplace, just to mention a few of the amenities, made for a pleasant stay. It seems like every day we discovered something new.
Everyone in our group was impressed by this house, and we had such a good time.

This property owner was very hands on which was nice. The home was beautiful and was fully stocked with anything you may need for a beach vacation. House had beach access with a very small rock climb to beach. May be hard on elderly people or elderly pets. Views were amazing. Home clean. Enough room for a family reunion.

Be prepared to go down a flight of stairs to the beach. I made sure the place was clean before we left with very minimal leftover laundry. There's no need for the maids to work harder when we're capable of picking up after ourselves. Seriously. I loved this place and will visit again.

First the property manager Marty is so easy to work with. Second this property is unbelievable in the way that it is equipped, you will ask for or need nothing, it's all there. We would recommend this location to all.

Would absolutely stay again—had a terrific experience. Spectacular ocean views from the main living area and upstairs master suite. Each of the 3 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had every item we needed (which was helpful, as we ate most meals in). The owner was super responsive. All-in-all, an amazing experience.

Great beachfront ocean view, long and steep stairs to get to beach, very clean, well stocked (everything you need). Very north end of Lincoln City which means it is a quiet area with walking trail. Casino is close by with a few restaurants. We went to the Depot Bay area to eat and browse (about 10 miles).
Overall a great place to enjoy the coast.

This was our first time renting in this area … it was by far the best experience !!! It had everything we needed and more !!! Our family enjoyed the views and the area of beach we had !!! We will definitely be back !! I loved the openness of the owners answering our questions and helpful tips they gave us !! We absolutely loved it!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful place !!

I would hands down recommend this house every time! It was luxurious, clean, HUGE bedrooms and everything you could possibly need during your stay they had. Even the pantry was filled with a ton of things we used to cook with. Amazing views! Close to a fantastic hiking spot, Gods Thumb, worth doing if the weather is good. And it’s close to town. Access to the beach is a ton of stairs, but it was no problem for us. I give this place a 10/10! Will definitely book this property again in the future. It was a perfect weekend getaway! ♥️

Our first time renting a house and it was absolutely perfect. Three master suites so we were all very comfortable. Tons of amenities including hot tub, sauna, and private access to the beach. The views from the house Amazing!

Wow this place is by far better than any vacation spot we have been to. They have thought of every amenity you could ever need. The king beds are great. Once we got there we never left until our whale watching tour on the last day. The view was so perfect with the rocks and when the tide was low you can walk and see the starfish and all the marine life on the rocks. We loved every minute of this vacation.

A group of family and friends met to celebrate a milestone birthday. The location and views were superb, and the pictures dont really do it justice. The inside is a bit dated and cluttered with the owners personal stuff, but other than the great room really didnt spend much time inside when not sleeping. Kitchen set up is great. The cutlery, dishes and cookware are in very bad shape and not good quality, which you would expect for a property like this. But in all its great for a close group of friends and family. PS: the beach access is problematic for those with any mobility issues or other physical limitations and the fireplace was not working and it was chilly!

We highly recommend this property. We came with our four boys, dog and our parents. The way the property is laid out is perfect for a multi-generational vacation. The views are incredible! The kids played lots of ping pong, video games (there are a couple consoles) and we went down to the beach several times a day. The stairs from the property lead directly to the beach. There is also a hot tub with an automatic removing cover. The appliances are all top notch (we are convinced now that we need a Verona cooktop LOL), there was a pantry full of food, a fridge full of condiments... the beds were all extremely comfortable. The owner even arranged for birthday decorations for my mother in law and her communication was always efficient. Thank you Marty for an exceptional vacation. We will be back! ;) -The Nelson’s

We spent one week at Belle Rive and weren’t ready to leave! Absolutely gorgeous location with direct beach access. The stairs down to the beach are somewhat of a climb, but we just considered it good exercise :) The house overall is beautiful and clean. We fit four adults and five children comfortably. The house is close to some beautiful tide pools where we found oodles of starfish and crabs—the kids loved it. We saw hummingbirds and bald eagles from the back deck. The house is tucked far back from the highway so we didn’t hear any of the traffic and sirens that we usually experience when we stay elsewhere in Lincoln City.
Overall, wonderful vacation home for families and would highly recommend! Marty the host is wonderful and super easy to work with.
