Fantastic place! Perfect location for those traveling by train. Very spacious apartment, too! Comfortable bed (firm mattress, very appreciated), clean kitchen, bathroom that actually has a counter area for toiletries -- really, this place is just excellent. It even has things most rentals are missing, such as hand soap (in both bathroom and kitchen!), a fan, choice of bed blanket (there was a duvet AND a lighter blanket!), computer desk with nice chair, chairs to sit in the bedroom, and a quiet washing machine. The only small concern for some is you will need earplugs for sleep, as the street it is on is quite busy (did not bother me at all). Will absolutely return here next time in Le Mans!

Sound of people walking in upstairs apartment is a bit loud at times, though it never lasted long. Really not a big deal to me, but might be for others

Sejour trop court 🤭 Je songe à y revenir...
