The location was good, lots of stores, restaurants, exchange office, bakery close to the bus and paid parking.
The block and surrounding blocks are a bit run down but its safe, also we didn’t have water early in the morning, but its no the end of the day.

"The apartment is modest but very functional and suitable for tourists. It offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, with a very good value for money.
Tirana is beautiful especially nightlife."
