The guesthouse was in a nice quiet and safe part of Colombo and was close to tourist attractions, a great shopping mall and some bars on Park St. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean but basic, and had no where to hang clothes or anything at all. It would be nice to have a key to the front gate so you could come and go as you please without bothering the hosts.

Very nice one-night stay. Comfortable bed, large room, and wonderful breakfast prepared by Sumit. The staff were so helpful with everything I needed, Raj went above and beyond helping me out.

Cute little guesthouse in the center of Colombo. The manager is incredibly attentive and nice. The room is very spacious and clean. Would recommend!

The room was spotlessly clean. Spacious, modern comforts. Clean and modern bathroom. Comfortable bed. The experience exceeded our expectations and we were blown away with the value. The location is central with just a few minutes walk to Colombo City Centre Mall. The staff could not be more welcoming and helpful. Particular thanks to Raj and Sumith along with the owners Dushi and Neel who really made the time to talk with us. Everyone was genuinely a delight to interact with. We would strongly recommend a city stay at this hotel and will be back when we are next in Colombo. Thank you to the team!

Dans une villa de Colombo située dans un quartier tranquille et privilégié. Accès à pied à un centre commercial, à un arrêt de bus et à un café. Joli temple bouddhiste à proximité. Bon accueil. Bon petit déjeuner copieux.

La chambre est étroite et sombre, aucune vue. La fenêtre donne sur les toilettes des employés. L'un des employés est parfois un peu intrusif.

Nothing special. Location is good, room is fine but they should clean the bad sheets as it was dirty.

It was the worst experience we had during our three weeks trip through Sri Lanka. It was our last night and we left our languages for storage there but when we came back we saw that our backpacks were opened. They searched through them, we were missing some money (eur). We are very disappointed that they solved our money and searched through our staff. Very bad experience to leave Sri Lanka. Not recommend it!!!

We had a comfortable time at this place. It's a bit tricky to find in an alley. However the room was good. What really struck out was the amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Sumanadasa for the very delicious breakfast and the friendly conversations, you all made us feel very welcome :)

Our room was very spacious, nice and clean. The personnel was extremely nice and helpful, we have also enjoyed the breakfast.

We had a really great stay in this accommodation! It’s right in the city center with the Colombo City center and the Gangaramaya Temple just around the corner. In generall the location is in walking distance of most of the sights in Colombo. The room and the bathroom was simple but just perfect for 2 nights. The host of this hotel welcomed us very warmly and gave us tips not only for Colombo but for our entire time in Sri Lanka.

This is just a minor critic but the bathroom door was a bit damaged and had no handle on the inside and our room (the rooms in the ground floor in general) was just beside the reception so you could hear mostly everything that was going on on the outside.

I loved the People working here, Sumit and Samit were soo nice, they made me amazing breakfast, helped with luggage and made sure i am good! Also owners helped me to plan the entire trip, and made sure i am happy! They have a big heart and you can feel how amazing hosts they are! Rooms were amazing! Good and clean, i had everything i needed

Everything was perfect

We had a lovely stay. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, the gentlemen running the place were very friendly and helpful. We had some of the fastest wifi we've had in Sri Lanka. It's easy to find if you get the location from the host. Others mentioned it being in an alley, which it was but this did not make it feel unsafe to walk to, even at night.

It seems like it would be better to give guests a key to the front door rather than having to let them in and out.

We had a really good stay here, the owner let us change our booking because we had to leave a day earlier. Sumanadasa & the other man (forgot his name) were so friendly and helped us with everything. We would love to come back here when in Colombo

Comfortable and a good central location.

Little bit challenging to find but we did arrive late at night in the dark.

The property was very central and a great base for seeing all of Colombo’s tourist spots. The host was so kind and the breakfast was a great taste of Sri Lankan food. Dushi and her husband couldn’t have been more helpful in advising on the rest of our trip. Thank you!

Sumith was very helpful. The location was almost next Gangaramaya Temple. Very convenient bus lines too. Also met the owners Dushi and Nil who were extremely warm and helpful.

Nice staff and a very clean apartment. The beds were comfortable, too. It is very close to Gangaramaya temple and to a shopping center where you can get everything you need. A bus stop is close as well. I liked staying here.

There was always someone there to let you into the apartment but you could not open the front door yourself. It was locked from the inside. It would have been easier if we had a key for the door, but maybe the host has had some experience with that system.

It’s perfect for one night stay to visit Colombo or before/after your flight ! The location is perfect, the room had A/C, the host was very nice, we could even take a shower after checking out to take a shower, we had a huge and delicious breakfast !

It’s at the end of a small street, to find it you can search for the « Liv Colombo » night club next to it, otherwise tuktuk or taxi doesn’t find it on maps

The hotel staff was very friendly and made everything possible to off us an early check-in and a later check-out. The room was very clean, big, well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was the best we had during our trip (best Rotis!). We came for our day and came back for our last day. The hotel is in a very good location close to Gangaramaya Temple, a big mall and more.
