The property was bright and spacious. It was walking distance to the town centre and access to public transport was good. Misi was easy to contact and kindly called us to check we were OK and whether we wanted fans dropped off as we stayed during a heatwave, with temps in the mid 30s Celsius. The large fridge freezer with water dispenser was a godsend in the heat.

Parking could be a bit of a lottery but we always managed to find a space if not right outside at least nearby. Though far from dirtyl, the property was not as clean as it could have been. I had to clean the filter in vacuum cleaner as it was full and smelt strongly of dog. There was not enough crockery or cutlery, and some of the plates and cups were chipped. There was just the two of us so we managed but definitely not enough for 4. There was a small back garden which was empty of anything. No seating or even a plant, which was shame, especially in such hot weather. Elements of the facilities are beginning to show signs of wear and tear.

Location is perfect and the property is very spacious and relaxing.

It sadly wasn’t very well maintained- cleaning is very rushed; a lot of thick dust.

We stayed at this property due to a weekend conference nearby. The property was close to the conference location. The place is spacious and warm with great facilities for a short stay. The fact that the property was pet friendly made a big difference for us. There are good walking routes in the area and lovely views once you get out and about.

If I was travelling for leisure, it would have been nice to have a map of the area; recommended restaurants or "things to do" leaflets but I understand this is not everyone's requirement. Parking can be challenging as there is no off-street parking; however, we did not find this difficult to navigate.

Trotz einiger Abstriche, die wir bei unserem Aufenthalt gemacht haben, möchten wir folgende positive Eigenschaften der Unterkunft betonen: Die Handtücher waren angenehm weich und trugen zum Komfort bei. Das Bett war sehr bequem und versprach erholsame Nächte. Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten und die Räumlichkeiten insgesamt boten ausreichend Platz. Ein großer Fernseher war vorhanden und die Küche war mit vielen praktischen Geräten ausgestattet, was wir sehr schätzten.

Leider entsprach die Unterkunft in einigen wesentlichen Punkten nicht unseren Erwartungen. Obwohl die Beschreibung viele Annehmlichkeiten versprach, waren grundlegende Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschinentabs und Müllsäcke nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Zudem fehlten angekündigte Ausstattungsmerkmale wie der Grill und ein Kinderstuhl komplett. Hinzu kam, dass viele der vorhandenen Einrichtungsgegenstände bereits beschädigt oder funktionsuntüchtig waren, darunter der Staubsauger und der Wäschetrockner. Besonders auffällig war, dass sowohl die Wohnung als auch der Garten einen ungepflegten und vernachlässigten Eindruck hinterließen (z.B. Bodenparkett, Fliesen), obwohl sie vom Konzept her ansprechend und schön dekoriert waren. Da wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern reisten, war die Sauberkeit für uns leider unzureichend. Die Umgebung der Unterkunft empfanden wir ebenfalls als wenig ansprechend. Viele der umliegenden Häuser waren in einem vernachlässigten Zustand, was nicht zu einer beruhigenden Atmosphäre beitrug.
