The property was absolutely beautiful: the front porch with direct ocean views - we could see and hear the seals on the rocks, watch the lobster boats hauling their catch - wonderful. And the back yard was beyond description - several terraced levels, mature trees, flower beds - great for photos. And the house itself was roomy, tastefully decorated, modern bathrooms. Very clean. Sufficient room for parking. Superb all around!

An amazing location with so much space for all to spread out and a lovely open porch and screened in porch! Easy walking distance to restaurants. Just a little feedback for families with elderly or disabled guests, all bedrooms are upstairs and there is only a toilet closet directly next to the kitchen sink. I would rent again!

The property is in a stunningly beautiful location in an area we were already very familiar with. There were ample amenities and the extra parking was a plus in the long driveway. The large downstairs with two living rooms and dining rooms makes it a lovely place to entertain visiting family. The kitchen was small but still had everything we needed. We had a little trouble entering the property but the specific instructions did eventually led us to figuring it out. But the main keypad needs to be repaired. I’m

The house is really cool, historic and atmospheric. However, be forewarned that there is no half bath downstairs. It’s a water closet right off the kitchen with no sink and no way to even lock the door. We had to rig up a locking mechanism so we could use it. If you have older people in your group, know that the real bathrooms (very nice and newly renovated) are upstairs but those stairs are very steep. Also, there were a lot of bugs (flies and mosquitoes) in the house due to old, inadequate sealing and screens. We enjoyed our stay but it was not what we expected.
