Location close to family where we spent most time.

Needs maintenance. Tub doesn’t drain properly. Ice maker not working properly. Black mold on faucet handle in bathroom. A/C was controlled to not go below 72. TP holder broken. No Kleenex in condo.

The location was great with a beautiful view and when I needed to reach out to Vacasa they were always very prompt and courteous.

The condo was filthy and filled with left over junk, Christmas decorations, literally just all sorts of stuff. There was no room for our belongings in closets or shelves. The AC unit went out our 2nd night but Vacasa fixed it the next day. The condo itself was not cleaned very well. I doubt the bedding had been washed in months and the beds and linens are just uncomfortable. The condo is very outdated as well. We stayed over a month and there were no cleaning products whatsoever in the condo. There’s a vacuum but it was clogged and I spent an hour trying to clean it out to get it to work but still couldn’t. There’s also no local channels on TV which was a huge hassle when a hurricane occurred during my stay and I had to evacuate. Vacasa sent a text message well after the mandatory evacuation was ordered so it was almost a joke and far too late of notice. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The staff I did talk to were very kind and courteous but could not do anything about my complaints.
