Bed and pillows are excelent, new and comfortable. Location is excelent, start of monte conero trails and maybe a 10 minute walk to Sirolo. Also you have like 10 minutes of light trail running to Passo del Lupo, where you can see the beautiful sunset and Croatian mountain range Velebit. The parking is small, but I have a Volvo xc40 and it fitted alright, there weren't any problems :) the provided us with baby bed and baby chair. The staff were always available and answered all of our questions!
