The owner is a very lovely man and was very helpful. The air con worked well and the beds were comfortable. The shower had hot water. Location is perfect and quiet and close to Abu Simbel.

There was used soap in the bathroom left over from the previous person staying and the toilet has issues flushing, but apart from that, it was a very good stay.

The room itself was large and comfortable.

Way too noisy. You can hear everything and people and kids up late making all kinds of noise. It might be a positive for some travelers, nice to hear people having fun, but we needed sleep. Don’t expect it to be quiet until 11 PM. Then in the middle of the night we were woken again by a group of dogs fighting outside the door. There was no communication. We messaged them through Booking.com and WhatsApp with no reply. We had to call and a child came out and gave us the key and didn’t explain anything else. After checking out the owner said he tried to contact me through Booking.com but couldn’t. No other property has had any problems doing that.
