Very poor, not recommended at all

The view

The host was not accommodating at all. It took quite some time for her to respond. Upon arrival, I tried to switch on the aircon many times but to no avail. I contacted the host but she wasn’t accommodating at all. It was 33 degree celcius and imagine the room was stuffy and hot and O had to go out to get some air. The host didn’t try to come and check and what more to aid me upon telling her the problem. The host should have repaired the wiring system before listing the premises in this apps. There were almost 10 switches with do not touch sign; with poor lighting and ventilation, with no windows could be open, imagine I had to put up with this uncomfortable environment. The kitchen was inadequate with no spoon and spatula; no scissors nor knife. I did tell the host but she has the audacity to tell me to find a new place at almost 9pm! Just irresponsible the host was, it was late so I chose to stay. Before I checked out, I told her the entire ordeal I had to put up with; with my sleepless night feeling the room was too warm and hot to live in. She said she would give 10 percent discount as I mentioned ai would just rate the premises with poor rating.

Bad service

The owner/agent very careless. I booked the place. And my money already deduct. When I arrived, she said she not notify my booking. So I need to find another hotel last minute!
