This stay was perfect for our groups’ needs. We ran the bass pro run and it was very convenient in terms of location. Very clean and overall a great place.

The was beautiful and clean!! But what sets it apart are just the little things. Like snacks, great coffee and even extra toothbrush and such if you happen to forget. Just a lovely stay!! Lovely place. Will book again!!

We are locals that like to meet up with friends downtown for dinner and drinks but don’t want to risk driving back to Ozark afterwards.We have been staying at a hotel nearby but they are so expensive we decided to try a nightly rental instead. Will definitely be staying there again!!

Everything was up to our standards, with a ping pong table included! Just needed some dusting here and there, and there were long spider webs in the windows and blinds which kind of freaked us out lol but overall it was a great experience! We also loved the heated floors when you stepped out of the shower upstairs, that was a huge plus!!

Stayed here for a girls night out. Perfect location to walk downtown for the night life. Great stay!

My friends and I were looking for a nice place to stay while we spent the night out on the town. We live about an hour and a half away and we all wanted to have a good time and not worry about driving back home. Chris and Amy were so wonderful and we truly will be back. If we ever need somewhere to stay while down here, we will definitely try and book their loft again! A bonus surprise was the ping pong table! We loved this place!

We really enjoyed our stay! Loft is clean & very convenient to restaurants & the Blue Room Comedy Club. Although we didn’t use the kitchen - it would be a fun place to cook dinner & entertain. Bonus - there is a ping pong table! Owners were very responsive to questions. One thing to note - both bedrooms are not enclosed. It is a loft after all. Good to know if traveling with friends. It was just my husband & myself so it was perfect for us!

What a wonderful stay! The loft was open, wonderfully appointed, and comfortable. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out and the ping pong table was such fun - we may have to get one for our house! We had a small problem with the shower drain being a bit sluggish, but a quick text to Chris and the problem was resolved. This location provided easy access to main roads in Springfield making it easy to get where we wanted to go. We all enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future.

Really cool place! VERY clean, had everything we needed and more. Ping pong table made for a lot of fun. Impressed by host quick responses, he even gave us a list of good places to eat. Overall 100% satisfied with our stay. Would recommend to anyone. Beds are both in loft areas and must climb stairs to get to beds.

This loft was very clean and perfect location from everything you would want to do downtown. The host was responsive and made the check in and check out process very easy. Would recommend to anyone and stay here again if ever in the area!

A wonderfully VRBO rental. Beautiful unique loft that is truly loved by the owners. Very secure and close to so many downtown restaurants and breweries. Highly recommend!!

The owners are were very responsive to any inquiries I had. Good location about 2 blocks from downtown. The loft was very clean and had anything amenity wise we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

What a cool space! The host was hospitable and the loft was adequate for our stay. There were some things that need a tune-up. There was only one washcloth to be found in the bathroom. Just kind of odd, and we did need two. There was no hand soap in the upstairs bathroom, which was icky. I had to reach into the shower to use body wash every time I used the toilet. There were a lot of pubes and some sticky urine on the upstairs toilet behind the seat. Another ick. Communication could have been better about how to actually open the front door. You have to pull on the door as you enter the code. It took us five minutes to figure it out; which isn’t the end of the world, but there were two homeless people having an…intense argument right outside and we very much wanted to get into our room. The wi-fi password is not written down anywhere for you—you have to move a couch and squat down and read it off of the router. The downstairs bathroom has a really odd sink. It’s kind of like a spigot in that it shoots out water really fast. The sink bowl is not lined up with it and is quite a distance below, so water can get on your things if you aren’t careful. There were no check-out instructions, which made me feel uneasy. I wasn’t sure if the host had any expectations for laundry, trash, etc. Overall, this place has a ton of potential—cool vibe, polite host. It needs a decent cleaning and attention to detail.
