Excellent location, close to the local city beach as well as the old town. Fantastic views, clean, excellent air conditioning and elevator. Building was well maintained and clean. The little resto at the bottom of the building is great for a quick breakfast option before a day of touring. Highly recommend. Area was very safe, cleaning services were excellent. I would book here again if I was visiting Split.

Flexible check-in process, coordinated via iMessage/WhatsApp with the property staff (who were very friendly!). Very spacious, comfortable, air conditioned room with large windows overlooking the Split harbour, since we had selected a sea view at booking. 10 min walk from the harbour and old city. Limited amenities provided (i.e., hand soap, shampoo (no body wash/lotion), a kettle with instant coffee and teas, a blow dryer, a mini fridge, and a small safe - not big enough for a laptop), but this was perfect for our brief stay. The airport transfer was also easy to coordinate and efficient. Highly recommend!

Amazing location - such a convenient walk into the Old Town. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning kept the room lovely and cold which we appreciated after a hot day! The bed and pillows are really comfy and we had an amazing view of the Old Town and promenade. Communication from the host was great, and daily room keeping is available. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here!
