Location, well appointed, comfortable, cleanliness.

Your place was very nice and the location was perfect. It was quiet, secluded - but convenient to everything we needed to do while in New Albany and Louisville. The television service was broken during our entire stay..very poor signal caused numerous times of buffering and loss of signal.. The air conditioner worked well, keeping the bungalow cool during our stay..but the noise level was excessive (very loud operation). The GFCI outlets in several locations kept popping and required to be reset several times. We did not overload the outlets, just plugging in our cell chargers and/or my mother-in-law's hearing aids...We also did one load of laundry while there..the washer and dryer were very nice; however, before we could use the washer, I had to reset the GFCI circuit on that outlet as well. As I indicated in an earlier message, there is a distinct musty smell in the bungalow...not sure of its origin, but possibly the constant A/C use causes it. I would have that looked into, in case its a mold that's causing it. We appreciate the clothes basket for soiled laundry, and the coffee grounds were appreciated for that first morning cup of coffee...mucho appreciato!!

It was a cute house in a nice neighborhood close to the expressway. We were very comfortable and the house was very clean. They provided all the necessities of home. I would definitely recommend this place.

Getting in the house was a little confusing at first. Need to provide Wifi and more tv channels.

Queen size beds in the 2 larger rooms were firmer than I prefer but I have a 4 inch mattress topper on my bed so that tells you my preference
