It was our first day in Peru, Lima and I was very happy about this accomodation in this calm area. These guys are so friendly and nice! We had an own bedroom, we could use the kitchen and a beautiful terrace in the garden. We could even come early in the morning, as we arrived from Europe. This house reminded me my time at the college with friends, when we lived together, talked and everything was so fine :) Thank you! Also for a spanish lesson and good advices for our stay in Peru. ;)

Fue una experiencia maravillosa, no tengo palabras para explicarlo, disfrute mucho cada momento de mi estadía, especialmente las conversaciones con los anfitriones y los demás compañeros. Wonderful and friendly staff, specious room, beautiful property. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a nice park right next to the property. Can find a mall and restaurants in a walking distance. Definitely a place to come back if I'm in Lima again.

A little issue of requiring to confirm the order with PayPal which was not mentioned in the property page but we worked it out.

Preciosa casa ubicada en una zona residencial y muy segura de Lima. La casa tiene una preciosa terraza donde puedes relajarte, leer o tomarte un café. La casa está perfectamente cuidada y limpia (cocina, baño, salón) todo en general está muy limpio. Tienes comercios cerca donde puedes comprar las cosas básicas que necesitas para el día a día. La habitación estaba perfectamente limpia y la cama super cómoda. Los anfitriones son increíbles, muy amables y atentos. Te hacen sentir como en casa. Si necesitas un taxi para el aeropuerto, ellos también te pueden ayudar con eso. Recomiendo Casa Verde Jesús María al 100% , si vuelvo a Lima no tengo ninguna duda que volveré a hospedarme en esta hermosa casa.

La casa es muy bella, grande y cómoda y la atención de los chicos es la mejor, muy atentos a cualquier duda o sugerencia para facilitar tu viaje, muy buena experiencia, mil gracias por la atención y excelente disposición. El lugar se encuentra ubicado en una zona muy cómoda y segura, tienes acceso a varios servicios cercanos, desde supermercados hasta lavanderías.

Atendida por sus dueños, un lugar muy limpio y ordenado. Locomoción fácil de conseguir a la puerta.

For context, I’m male and was travelling alone: Host was overly touchy with me and tried crossing boundaries too many times. Didn’t feel comfortable being in the house alone with him

Lugar tranquilo con un bellísimo jardín, los host son muy atentos y amables, hay bastantes tiendas y negocios alrededor, también está cerca de avenidas, fue una bonita estadía.

Super emplacement, maison magnifique avec tous les équipements pour cuisiner! Charles a été incroyablement sympa.

No podríamos haber acertado más con el alojamiento en Lima. Charles y Jherson nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer segundo al último. La casa es preciosa y las habitaciones muy acogedoras. El colchón es comodísimo y la harmonía y el ambiente que se respiran en la casa te hacen no quererte ir. Ya lo hemos recomendado a unas amistades y se lo recomendaríamos a todo el mundo, sin dudarlo.

No podernos quedar más días.

La calidad humana del anfitrión A1. Gerson fue una persona muy amable y amistosa. Asimismo, la limpieza de todos los ambientes fue impecable, además que estaba todo bien equipado. Espacio hogareño y tranquilo de la zona.

Que la TV no tenga cable o al menos señal abierta con una antena digital que son tendencia últimamente y muy baratas por cierto. Asimismo, creo que podría tener cuentas en sus aplicativos de streaming para poder ver alguna serie o película.

Gerson et Charles sont des hôtes d’une grande gentillesse et très accueillant ! Ils nous ont fait nous sentir comme chez nous, nous ont donné de précieux conseils et ont été aux petits soins avec l’une de nous qui a été malade ! Le logement est très beau et la chambre très cosy 🤗 On a l’impression d’avoir passé un séjour chez des amis et pas chez de simples hôtes booking ! On recommande à 100% !

La ubicación y el trato del personal.

WOW! Charles and Gerson were the BEST hosts we have ever had!! Our room was clean and cozy, breakfast was delicious and we chose what time we wanted it for each morning. They often threw in a fresh squeezed juice or surprise local dish like tamales! Charles took us around the neighborhood on our first day in town, showed us the best places to eat and visit and where to get the best exchange rate. We all also went to a local concert one night with our hosts and other guests staying at the house. It felt like we were all friends by the end!

Everything was really clean, spacious and accessible to nearby restaurants and attractions. The shared bathroom was no problem as our hosts mostly just used it to shower. Breakfast was wonderful and Gerson and Charles asked each night what time we wanted it and if we wanted anything different. They often surprised us with a special treat too like a fresh juice or local tamale! The best part was Gerson and Charles truly made us feel at home and had the time to take us around town to explore, eat together and even go to a festival together. We made quick friends with them and the guests in the second room too as we all shared some great times together. We highly recommend staying with Gerson and Charles!

Firstly, the hospitability of Gerson and Charles. They agreed to pick us up from the bus station. The room was great with access to the kitchen and living room, so we could feel like at home. Everything was clean and well prepared. We could also try delicious peruvian food. We had bus in the evening the other day and we could leave our luggage and use kitchen and bathroom before our long trip.
