Spacious, well appointed, plenty of facilities, close to the seafront.

Parts of the accommodation were a bit tired looking and steps from sitting room to dining room were not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Nice open living space , bedrooms were quiet , comfortable beds , kitchen was well equipped

The bedrooms were spacious and clean, downstairs en-suite very good. Good to have a parking space and very convenient for everything in St Anne’s. Good space in lounge for all the family to be together. Staff were very responsive when I reported issues found.

Apart from the bedrooms, overall the property is very tired with stains on rugs, paintwork scuffed and lounge chairs and one sofa rickety. Pans in kitchen need replacing. The outside space needs attention, paint peeling off walls and lots of weeds. Did not like the 4ft drop out of the bedroom and dining room doors, very bizarre and dangerous with our young granddaughter so we couldn’t open the doors. There was a hole in the bedroom wall and a window handle missing so we couldn’t close the window in there. External door and windows need a good clean. Overall disappointing for what we paid, felt it was more geared to being a party house than families.
