Great apartment in a great location, very functional, and very responsive host!

Tel Aviv is a great city and golan's flat is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the real Tel Aviv.Golan is very uncomplicated and reliable. The flat is nicely furnished and offers everything one could need during a stay in Tel Aviv (towels, air condition, soap...).= You can reach the beach in about 15 min walking distance. Also, there is a Tel Aviv city bike rental 2 min away (discovering Tel Aviv by bike is a very cheap and convenient way). We really enjoyed the city and the flat and would love to come back at another point in time.

Well, that was really the best place I could have imagined. The flat was clean. Golan made it with love and choose a nice way to show it. Absolutely like-home flat in a lovely area - with caffes, bars, galeries around and 24-hours grocery shop. Thank you, Golan, for your help and our sweet stay in TLV

We had a wonderful stay at Golan's place. The apartment is big and very clean. The equipped kitchen, the washing machine and the dryer top it off. The location is in the heart of the city. It was very easy and fast to communicate with Golan. He arranged everything and was a very kind host. We definitely recommend a stay at this place. We are very grateful to Golan for giving us a real home in Tel Aviv.

The place was great!!! Actually, it turned out to be even better than I expected! Location was perfect and exactly as described, right in the middle of everything and a 15 min walk to the beach.

We absolutely loved the apartment in Tel Aviv. What a comfortable, clean, and perfectly decorated apartment. Everything we could have needed for a week's stay! A/C kept us cool at night, and big open windows allowed for a great breeze during the day. The owner was super helpful, very flexible about our arrival/departure dates and was very easy to reach both leading up to and during our stay. We just got home and already miss the apartment!

We loved golan's apartment! As a visitor you can feel that golan put a lot of effort in decorating the apartment - which makes you feel at home immediately. Furthermore, the apartment was clean and everything was in a sound condition. There's a supermarket just around the corner and many bars/cafes are within walking distances. Thus, we can warmly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore the great city of Tel Aviv!

Golan is really nice person; he did everything to make sure we were comfortable. Golan where very quick to respond to my request and was very helpful from the moment of planning until my last day. Flat is very nice and clean. We had everything that we needed, including wifi and fully equipped kitchen I also loved the location, close to everything. Visiting Tel Aviv again, I will be happy to stay here again and can also recommend it to anyone.

This apartment is just Amazing, we felt here like at home after just 15 minutes. Really good situation, so beautiful, everything you need during your trip is available. it was the best place to stay for our hollidays in Tel AViv i hope to come back soon.

This is one of those weird cases where the reality is even better than the description. The apartment is totally new, clean and in a great location. It really has a great speed internet and with a lot of local and intenational tv channels. Great shower and amenities. We had a great experience. Besides the apartment, Golan was great, he helped us a lot and gave us great recomendations for places to eat and go out to have fun. I strongly recommend this place and this host.

The Village apartment at Zamenhoff was home to us for our two week stay in Tel aviv. We've rented apartments and houses in the us and abroad many times, and I can easily say the experience we had at Zamenhoff stands out as the best. The apartment is impeccably maintained, tastefully and comfortably furnished, and fully equipped with modern appliances. The kitchen has everything anyone would need to cook and serve meals. There is ample bed and bathroom linen as well as a cell phone, Wifi, two televisions, and a washing machine and dryer that we used often. Cleaning service is available for a small additional cost. The apartment is located in the center of the city steps away from buslines and taxis. It is walking distance to the Performing arts Center, the National Theater, The Tel aviv art Museum, the seaside, a 24 hour convenience store, and many of the best cafes and restaurants in Tel aviv. But more than the facility itself, Golan, the owner of the apartment, added something very special to our stay. He is a pleasure - reliable, personable, and helpful. He knows Tel aviv well and always had good suggestions, when we asked, for restaurants, getting from one place to another, events to attend, and places of interest to visit. And that began at the time we first signed the rental contract through the entire planning phase of our trip prior to our arrival. Golan responded to many emails requesting that he purchase tickets for us for cultural events, make restauarant reservations, and offer practical advice. He was at the apartment when we got there and greeted us with a big smile and a platter of fresh Israeli fruit. He stayed and toured us through the apartment to be sure we knew how everything worked, was always available when we needed him, and was never intrusive. Stayed for 11 nights, 31/7 to 11/8. Perfect location - walking distance for Beach/Siouk/restaurants/bars. Golan was a perfect host; easily contactable at all times, providing useful local information and help with checkout and homeward travel arrangements. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The photos of the website were accurate; the apartment is well appointed and spacious. Will definitely return.

Golan's apartment was the perfect location for myself and 3 female travellers for our short stay in T el Aviv. It is within walking distance to fantastic shopping and dining, conveniently close to required and overall safe and accessible. It is tastefully decorated and furnished, very comfortable and provided all the facilities we needed; the in-house folder/scrapbook and guidebooks were of bonus help.Golan was extremely easy to contact and more than helpful prior to and during our stay, particularly during the check-in-and-out processes. Would definitely stay here again, and for longer!

We stayed at this apartment with a group of 5 for almost 2 weeks and had a great time. The apartment was big enough to accommodate us 5 without problems and it never felt too crowded. It is VERY conveniently located almost in walking distance to anything you want to see. Unfortunately we did not stay for holidays and could not see everything we wanted to see, so we will just have to come back - we wouldn't hesitate to book with Golan a second time. Highly recommended!

The listing photos were very accurate and reflect the apartment's appearance. The owner was very helpful and responded to all communication quickly. He also provided lots of good info on the city and local neighborhood. The apartment's AC worked well which is a must in July/Aug. The balcony was nice. My wife loved the comfortable bed. I found the living room sofa extremlly comfortable for watching TV but niceer for taking a nap and resting. And the extra half bath was a bonus.
