While the host was quick to respond to our questions, the overall management of the location was low. It was obvious that it had not been visited by the owner for quite a while, or the local management and cleaning staff did not have oversight. This VRBO reminded me of an old fraternity house which had the bare furnishings. However, most VRBO's have the basics. This one in particular: - Did not have a working icemaker in the fridge. That is fine, but it should have had ice trays. A new icemaker was ordered by the owner but it was never delivered. Ice bags from the lasts guests were in the freezer. Kind of gross when you think about the different hands that were in it. - An old toothbrush and several old sponges were on top of the sink and underneath the sink - old broom and gross mop were sitting out in the pool room. There is no vaccum on site - There was no can opener, wine opener, scissors or basic needs for the home. The spatula and spoon kept falling off the handle - The bunk beds in the listed were not in the house. Instead a single twin was in the living room. - The water only became luke warm for a few minutes - There was no soap in the bathroom soap pump. The owner did order some and it arrived late the next day. - The hide a key was easy to be found next to the front door which would not lock using the code. - Many switches had tape on them - Water heater closet was loaded with dust up and down the walls - the neighbor had two large campers in yard

We stayed here for a few nights during our child’s dance competition. Close enough to everything we needed. Enough space for the 7 of us. Felt clean and they do love their air fresheners there. The sun room stayed hot despite it being pretty mild out. Kitchen could be a little bit better equipped since the place does accommodate so many people but we managed just fine. Enjoyed the pool and sitting in the back patio.

Neighborhood wasn’t the best but the home was nice and spacious. Coffee machine and ice maker didn’t work but other than that all was in order.

Very nice house....everyone enjoyed the pool!! Had a great time here!! Little issues but one phone call fixed everything!! Would stay here again!

Very enjoyable

The inside was excellent. The outside need some tlc. The pool was nice but not as clean as could be. The patio needs pressure washing and there were alot of insects crawling around. Would maybe rent again however if patio and pool was updated would definetly be back with my grandkids.

Had everything we need as a family of 5. Kids had there own space as well as the parents (lol) Had a great pool, close to stores and restaurants. About 20 minutes to beaches. Great commutation with the landlord, easy acess to the house and parking. Would rent again.
