The staff at the reception and at the dining area was extremely efficient and very very good. Each and every one at the restaurant were kind, gentle, super attentive and exceptionally caring. The food was amazing. The outside sitting area is simply awesome. Quiet and exclusive. Housekeeping was fantastic and it felt so welcoming when we stepped back in to the hotel after a long and tiring day.
The location. The Hare Krishna Temple (ISCKON) was a perfect nuisance and because of janmashtami, our exit from the hotel was made unnecessarily tedious by the administration, who refused to let in our cab come right up to the hotel. That spoilt quite a bit of our fun. However, the property is not to be blamed for this, though surroundings also impact your experience.

The room was clean, the bathroom as well. The view was nice and the bed comfy. Everything looks quite modern and aesthetic. The hotel is very quiet.
The staff couldn’t care less and you can tell. No smile, no welcome, etc.
it’s not well run:Our bathroom door jammed and they barely fixed it and will probably not fix it for the next guests, the frames were not straight, the tv hadn’t been used in so long that when we turned it on it did all kind of updates. The armchair of the sofa in the room was dirty and stained whatever or whoever was sat on it.
