Bon emplacement dans une partie plus calme et résidentielle du quartier de Shinjuku. Malgré tout à proximité d'une station de métro et plusieurs lignes de bus facilement accessibles aussi. Appartement spacieux, confortable et lumineux, parfait pour une famille ou un petit groupe. L'hôte était très serviable, répondait vite et nous a aussi donné quelques recommendations dans le quartier.

Il faisait très chaud dans l'appartement quand nous sommes arrivés à cause du soleil, et la climatisation a malheureusement pris pas mal de temps à refroidir l'appartement, mais nous y sommes quand même arrivés.

Le logement est très bien placé. Il est typique et possède toutes les commodités nécessaires. Je ne peux que le recommander.

Amazing unit with a lot of space for my two kids and I to live in for the week we were in Tokyo. Jacob, the host, was amazing and spent nearly an hour with us on check-in day giving us tips and marking our Google Maps with good kid-friendly restaurants for us and other recommendations for stuff to see. Cannot recommend enough! The neighborhood was lovely as well. Great location. And you will feel like you are living like a local!

Everything was good

Jacob was a wonderful and kind host who generously allowed us to check in early on our arrival day. This made a big difference, as we were able to drop off our luggage and start exploring the city right away. He provided clear and detailed instructions for reaching the property—we opted to take a taxi from the Shinjuku Station West Exit, which cost around 1,400 yen. Jacob also kindly accommodated our request by setting up a third sofa bed, which we really appreciated. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Shibuya District, offering a unique opportunity to experience everyday life in Japan like a local.

This was our first time using Booking.com, so we weren’t entirely sure what to expect compared to hotels or other platforms. One concern, particularly for my wife, was the cleanliness and sanitization of the towels and linens. We were expecting hotel-style white linens but received home-style bath towels and sheets. While they appeared clean, they gave the impression of being laundered in a home washing machine rather than professionally sanitized, which left us unsure about the hygiene standards. The property itself is a bit dated (with carpeting and a non-functioning bidet), and the steep, narrow staircase up to the third floor could be challenging for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
