House was clean inside.

coffee bar advertised was out of date Dec.22. Cockroach crawled on arm while watching TV. Garbage outside turned over and full and rotten, hadn't been emptied in a while. Yard was overgrown, back deck was not as advertised.The empty house next door was unsightly and shared drive with this property so close.

Location was great. Close to everything. Loved having coffee there! House was adorable.

Perfect location for our weekend getaway! Upgrades, roomy, cute, comfortable. Will definitely book here again! All amenities + more were appreciated. Roku tvs, bonus! (Remote in spare room didn't work. Not unless I wasn't doing it right) wifi=thank you. Washer+dryer. The side porch with little covered bar area=adorable.

We live deep in the mountains, so we rarely hear car driving by, so the road noise was odd for us. No biggie, just turn up the TV. :) A box/oscillating fan or 2 would be a nice touch.

I loved how cute the house had been renovated. The bathroom and shower were great. Awesome water pressure and plenty of hot water! I also loved that it was pet-friendly, but not kid friendly. Haha. Great location for downtown Guntersville!

My only complaint would be that the bedrooms don't have ceiling fans, so it was silent while sleeping but I made it work!
