The location was in a peaceful family neighborhood and was between Savannah and Tybee, which worked well for us. The beds were comfortable for sleeping. It was nice having the clothes washer and dryer available.

The ridiculous $236 cleaning fee, which I don't believe was shown on Booking.com in exclusions, and I didn't notice until after I clicked the Reserve button. I complained about this, but Evolve responded that it was set by the owner and they couldn't change it. I was expecting an immaculate and well updated vacation home with that fee, but that wasn't the case. The master bathroom sink was leaking and their solution was to put a bowl under it. The guest bathroom had very dirty baseboards and many wall patches where towel bars used to be. The living room is set up weird for watching TV, so we moved the couch in front of the door to watch a movie.
