We rented this home for a couple days before coming back to the USA for relaxation and we're not disappointed. The hostess met us at the door when we arrived and answered all our questions. They were so friendly and informative. The home is beautiful, set on a cliff by the sea in a little quaint town with restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this rental. The owners gave us a ride to the airport when we were ready to leave which was totally unnecessary but much appreciated.

We were greeted at the property by the owners. They were kind enough in enough to providing water, juice, wine and breakfast for the following day in the fridge. Property was lovely and clean. Dimos and his wife were generous in providing my family a ride to the airport on our return.

Lovely spotlessly clean home. Bright and cheerful with all you would need for a vacation home. Near the Athens airport where the very nice hosts picked us up from and returned us to when we flew out. Lots of beaches to choose from with nice restaurants right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay
This place was great! We loved the location and the house. The family met us there and gave us all the info we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Great sunrise view over the water from the front patio area. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent two nights in this home, and it was just perfect! Right beside the water, and within walking distance to some really great restaurants. We had a rental car, and also drove along the coast and down to a public beach. Check-in and check-out was very easy, and the place was very clean and well-kept. The location was great!

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, and overlooking the sea, this house was the perfect retreat after a busy couple of weeks sailing the Ionian Sea. Restaurants and and groceries were within walking distance along a lovely seaside paved walk. We were met by the owner, showed around, and found our accommodations to be perfect. The owner also transferred us to the airport free of charge, which was wonderful for us. I'd stay again.

Great house near the airport with a beautiful view of the sea!
We loved this little house by the sea, and the hosts are delightful! They met us at check-in to show us the house and make sure we had everything we needed. Its very well organized with two bedrooms, one queen and one with two twins, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is great and the living room is very bright and comfortable. It even has both a washer and dryer, whereas most places only have a washer. The back porch also has a table for meals and there is a full outdoor shower to use after going to the beach. The front porch is perfect for meals with the beautiful sea view or sun bathing. You are steps away from a seaside pedestrian path that takes you to taverns and the beach. We only got to stay one night as we used it after traveling the Peloponnese as a stop before our flight. Its close to the airport but no plane noise and the neighborhood is very quiet. We walked to dinner and on our way back we met a wild little hedgehog!

Wonderful hospitality in this HomeAway stay just outside the Athens airport area. Communication was easy, and our beach house was comfortable , clean, and such a nice walk to the local restaurants, bakery etc. Thanks to the owner for her thoughtful and pleasant hospitality. Beautiful little beach house with all you need
I would recommend this home to rent. It was a half hour drive from Athens airport so convenient to fly from especially if you have a car. The home was clean, quiet and had a beautiful view of the beach from the outdoor patio and living room. Beds were comfortable and nearby beaches were very nice.

Beautiful sunrise!
We had a quick in and out overnight stay at Artemida on our way home from the Greek isles. There were three couples in our group. The property owners were very kind to pick us up in two cars from the airport and then take us back in the morning to catch our flight home. If I had it to do over again I would probably stay at the property and take the bus into Athens to sightsee. Would have been much more peaceful and close to the airport. Would Totally recommend this property!

Wish we could have stayed longer!
We spent one night at this beautiful little property right by the beach. The owners were lovely and met us personally to give instructions and show us the path to the nearby (excellent) restaurants. The place is impeccably clean and there are really lovely touches like a bottle of wine, breakfast stuff and shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. In the morning they were there with two vehicles to take the five of us, with lots of luggage, to the airport. FANTASTIC experience!!

Artemida House
The host family is delightful. Communication before our arrival was excellent. We were collected from the airport and driven to the property and back to the airport the following day. We were greeted and treated as treasured family members arriving for a visit. As we were a group of five, the host and hostess arrived in separate vehicles to accommodate our number and luggage. Their lovely daughter showed us all we needed to know. There were maps and dining recommendations....a small store of food provisions for breakfast, including a lovely bottle of wine! The house is lovely, clean and comfortable, with an impressive view and a very short walk to the coast. With airport transfers included and close proximity to the airport, this was an ideal spot to spend the last night of our vacation. We are grateful that the hosts shared their lovely beach vacation home with us.

Great stay!
Communication was quick and easy. Usually got a response within hours. They picked us up at the port (even though arrival time changed twice!) and took us to the airport the next day. They had basic supplies for us including a bottle of wine. The house was very clean and right by the coast. Couldn’t be nicer hosts! Thanks for a quick, but very nice stay!

Overnight
We stayed at Artemida on our last night in Greece. Dimosthenis picked us up at the airport and it was a quick drive to his home where his wife Helen was there waiting to show us around. The home is exactly as pictured with a great view of the sea and a short walk along the shore to a restaurant. Everything was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better last night to end our awesome trip to Greece.

Wonderful stay at this holiday home
Our family of 6 stayed at Helen and Dimos' vacation home for a night and it was such a beautiful home facing the ocean. We stayed there because it was close to the airport and it was so nice that Helen and Dimos offered to drive us from and to the airport despite early departure time the next day. The walk to the restaurant was very scenic. They welcome us with all the basic necessities we require to stay comfortably in their lovely and very clean home. It was such a pleasant way to end our journey in Greece.

Lovely stay
Five of us stayed one night at the Artemida House the night before we left at the end of our two-week stay in Greece. Dimosthenis and his lovely family transported us from the airport and back again. Because of the size of our party they brought both of their cars each way and were very gracious about having to do that. They were such lovely and accommodating hosts. The house itself is cozy with a beautiful view of the sea. There is a pedestrian walkway across the street that leads to two restaurants that are about a 10-15 minute walk from the house. We only tried one but it was great. There are markets in town and attractions close by but we weren’t there long enough to take advantage of any of these things. Our hosts provided water and big bowl of apples and also breakfast food for us. We spent our last morning in Greece sitting on the front porch sipping coffee and enjoying the sunshine and the beautiful view. We were sorry that we only had one night in this very well appointed home.

Great change of pace!
Went spent my birthday and our honeymoon in Athens and Santorini and were excited to escape the go go go that Artemida house offered! We were there during the off season but two restaurants are within walking distance as well as a small market. We had everything we needed in the house including a washer and dryer (which we didn’t expect!). We were picked up and dropped off at the airport at the ungodly hour of 4am and really appreciated the two days along the calm of the ocean!

Home from home
We stayed for two weeks in September. We were met by the owner and her daughter who showed us round and gave us advice about places to eat, shopping and the best way to get to Athens. They left us with wine, fruit, tea, coffee etc
The house is by the sea, well equipped, comfortable has WiFi and air conditioning. The perfect base for visiting Athens and other historic sites.
