Heritage Collection on Pagoda - Mobile App Check-In

Central location - Purvis Street, not far from any POI. We got offered a complimentary upgrade of accomodation, 2 people in a mezzanin studio with 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. Very clean, comfortable. Also - check out is 11AM, that is fine. Our flight back home was 11PM - there is possibility of luggage storage, staff was very helpful. Thanks

The digital process is not very user friendly. I am an IT person so it wasn't so difficult for me but the process of getting the access with the digital key was quite time consuming. Furthermore - we got a lot of emails from the owner, one of them contained a one time number combination for the main entrance. After we got there, we should use for the interior room the digital key and for main entrance as well. Sometimes we struggle to get the door open, had to swipe the phone multiple times, refresh the app. Digital key should also work for the main entrance but it didn't.

Convenient. Staffs Kisha, Pearl and Edmar kept checking on me as well to see if i needed more help after checking in.

Stairs

Location was right in the middle of Chinatown so easy access to restaurants and shopping and walking distance to Maxwell Hawkers and the MRT .

Rooms were small . Everything was digital . Can be a bit confusing . More for solo travellers or young couple .

Fiedler Lage ist wirklich super. Mitten in Chinatown.

Der Check-in hat nicht funktioniert. Zum Glück war gerade ein Mitarbeiter da, er hat uns dann eine Zimmerkarte gegeben die wir für unseren Aufenthalt genutzt haben. Unser Zimmer war sehr laut. Wahrscheinlich irgendein Gerät draußen von Morgens bis ca 22.40 Uhr. Ein dauerhaftes Brummen Täglich!
