Really nice place and the host (Florence) was excellent. She helped us with restaurant bookings, arranging transfers and was very understanding when our train down to Avignon was delayed

Nothing.

Very large comfy living space with great view and proactive host. Flo provided helpful suggestions on what to do and where to eat. She also accomodated an early checkin

Small nitpick but could have included checkout instructions with the reservation

This was the BEST place we have booked online outside of known branded chain hotels. Normally you get what you pay for, in this case you get so much more. This property was amazing. It was our favorite property on our trip and we stayed in London, Paris, here in Avignon and in Nice. By far the best. Hands down. If you are thinking about booking, but have been fooled in the past with photos or property descriptions, this one is probably under rated. This is a ten! Need space? They have it! Washer or dryer? Yep! Flat iron or blow dryer for your hair!?!? Yes! Coffee?! Mini Bar?!? Yes!!! And an amazing location in a city that has so much history and amazing views.

Lovely stay from beginning to end. Florence was a super hostess. From de communication pre stay to the last minute, she was tireless in making sure we had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful, cosily furnished, and well equipped with anything you might need and more. It is located just outside the city walls, so all the main sites are easily reachable through very pleasant walks. Would 100% recommend, and will stay there again if I ever go back to Avignon.

Can't think of anything
