Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfectly located and had everything you could need. Coffee maker was a regular drip style so bring your own ground coffee (they provided filters). We did have an incident where the shower curtain fell off while we were sleeping, waking us up and forcing the bathroom closed so that we were locked out for a bit, but we eventually managed to move it and put it back up lol. We utilized both pools and hot tubs which was really nice to have. We even added an extra day!The proximity to Schlitterbahn can’t be beat, so close! My only complaint was that they made us drive across town to pick up the key code and parking passes. This really seems like something they could have sent over an email and left the parking passes inside for us to fill out. It was an additional hassle after driving for hours from Houston

We enjoyed the river very much. Very close to many river access ways.

The condo is clean, well kept, and is spacious enough for our family!

We checked in and it didnt seemed like it was cleaned. There was food stuck onto the placemats, there was a musty smell inside and one of the chairs in the living room smelt like animal pee. On top of that, the tiles on the floor were cracked and definitely need to update it. The gates to the pool area is a little tricky and barely working but that is just overall property’s fault. We also found hair on the blankets and bedding like it hasn’t been washed. For how much we spent a night, we were better off staying at a motel with the quality of the condo.
